Diving School

We start diving and refresher courses in the beautiful pool area of ​​the Luz Bay Club, before we go to one of the shallow and easy diving areas near the diving center. Children can start the “Bubblemaker course” from the age of 8. From 10 years old you can go for a dive in the sea and get a diving license.

PADI is the largest diving organization worldwide and the same standards apply for diving courses everywhere. No matter where you want to dive, your PADI license is recognized everywhere and you can also take other PADI diving courses.

Bubble Maker: Diving for children from 8 years with complete equipment in the pool. FUN FOR KIDS!

Discover Scuba: Immerse yourself in the pool for young and old. Just right for a sniff. Duration: ½ day


Discover Scuba Diving: Gather your first diving experience in the pool and then dive in the Atlantic. Accompanied by a PADI instructor. (from 10 years). Can be considered the 1st day of the diving course.
Duration: 1 day


Scuba Diver course: You will acquire all practical skills, including theoretical knowledge, required for diving under the supervision of a PADI professional, max depth 12m. The book is included. First part of the Open Water course.
Duration: 2½ days


Open Water Diver course: The world’s most popular beginner training which leads to practical and theoretical units to learn to dive independently, max. Depth 18m. The book is included.
Duration: 4 days


Advanced Open Water Diver course: The training is based on the Open Water Diver. You will learn additional skills and gain experience in 5 different specialist areas. e.g. Navigation, deep diving, wreck diving, etc, max. Depth 30m.
Duration: 2-3 days


Rescue Diver course: Development, training of rescue skills and prevention of accidents. This course increases your diving skills and thus increases your awareness of your diving environment. Prerequisite: Advanced Open Water and a valid first aid training with CPR (e.g. PADI Emergency First Responder).
Duration: 4-5 days


Divemaster course: The first step to becoming a professional. You become a PADI member and work actively in the training and look after divers above and below water. Duration: min. 6 days of practice

Emergency First Responder course: First aid training with CPR exercises on a doll, you learn a lot about first and second aid in the event of accidents and injuries. You need this course, among other things. for the Rescue- and Divemaster course. Duration: 1 day
